What is the professional cleaning process?

How long does it take for my carpets to dry after a professional carpet cleaning? Typically carpets dry between 3 – 6 hours depending on the the carpets condition, fiber type and climate / humidity. CLE Carpet uses commercial air movers to help expedite the drying process.

How can I speed up how quickly the carpets dry? Just remember, the more air movement the faster it will dry. Turing on ceiling fans or other fans will get the air circulating. You can also turn on your air conditioner/furnace to reduce humidity.

Should I vacuum before my carpet cleaner arrives? Vacuuming before is encouraged, but not required. 50-60% of soils in the carpet are dry particulates that can be extracted with a vacuum. CLE Carpet Cleaning will perform a professional vacuuming on your carpets and/or upholstery to remove as much soil as possible (we don’t want to make mud).

What should I do with my pets? We love pets! We have a small zoo ourselves. Our dogs do get stressed from the loud vacuum noise. We do recommend confining then to an area that will not be getting a carpet/tile cleaning on that visit. Also, the door will need to be propped open for the hoses and cords. We would not want any furry family members to escape.

How long does the cleaning process take? Because of our commitment to the CLE Clean Process, it is difficult to give an exact time because of condition, soil, and individual stain treatments. Please let us know if you have any time restrictions when scheduling and we will do our best to work with you.

How can I pay CLE Carpet Cleaning? We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal and credit card (4% card processing fee)
