Hot Water Extraction
Carpet cleaning using vacuum, pre-spray, agitation, hot water extraction, and grooming is a comprehensive and effective method for removing dirt, stains, and odors from carpets. The process begins with a thorough vacuuming to remove any loose debris and dirt from the surface of the carpet. Next, a pre-spray treatment is applied to the carpet to help loosen and lift deeply embedded soils. Agitation, using a brush or similar tool, helps to further loosen and lift the soils from the carpet fibers. The carpet is then cleaned using hot water extraction, which involves using hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution to penetrate deep into the fibers and remove any remaining dirt and contaminants. Finally, the carpet is groomed to restore its natural appearance and texture. This process can leave your carpet looking and smelling fresh and clean.
Upholstery Cleaning
We are certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) for upholstery cleaning and use a comprehensive and effective method to clean your furniture. Our process begins with a thorough vacuuming to remove any loose debris and dirt. Next, we use a black light to identify and pre-treat any stains on the upholstery. We then apply a pre spray to the fabric to help loosen and lift deeply embedded soils. Next, we scrub the fabric to further loosen and lift the soils. The upholstery is then cleaned using hot water extraction, which involves using hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution to penetrate deep into the fibers and remove any remaining dirt and contaminants or by solvent cleaning, whichever the fabric dictates. Finally, we groom the upholstery to restore its natural appearance and texture, and use air movers to speed up the drying process. With our certified and professional team, you can trust that your furniture will be thoroughly cleaned and refreshed.

We use the latest techniques recommended by the IICRC to effectively treat stains on your carpets. Tile and Grout Clean/Sealing
We use a truck mounted Hydramaster system to deliver top-quality tile and grout cleaning services for bathrooms, kitchens, shower tile, showrooms and much more for both commercial and residential properties. We begin by inspecting your tile and grout, then use high-pressure(up to 1800 psi) and hot water (up to 210 degrees) along with specialized cleaning solutions to deep clean and remove stains. We scrub the floors and use specialized techniques to remove soils and debris stuck in the porous grout. Once the tile and grout has been cleaned, we apply a protective sealant to seal the grout so it prevents the grout from absorbing debris and keep it as clean as it was the day it was installed.
Area Rug Cleaning

Carpet and Upholstery Stain Protection

Minor Carpet Repair and Carpet Stretching
Bleach stain? Got it! Cat dug a small hole to China in the carpet? Got it! Have a tripping hazard in your hallway from your carpet buckling? We got that too.
We now do minor carpet repair/stretching. We will not be doing installs, but rather fixing those nuisance areas without breaking the bank to replace over some small cosmetic issue.

ABOUT US
Our Story
Once upon a time…there lived a husband and wife—Shannon and Chris McCarthy. This Lake County duo were enjoying a happy-go-lucky life with four amazing pets (more on them later) and two successful careers in the car business. Then on one day, not unlike any other, they had an “aha” moment and decided to boldly venture into owning a business, be their own boss and harness the power to make people happy 24/7. But what to do?
Back to those adorable fur babies. Meet the couple’s two darling cats Luna and Angel. Chris and Shannon rescued these adorable litter mates who’d been dropped on the side of road, bottle feeding them since they were sickly and underweight. Angel was close to death because she wouldn’t take the bottle. After Chris taught her to swallow, she bonded with him and he became her “mama”. Now four years old, Luna is quite the character and acts as alpha in the home (she even has her own Instagram account, of course).
The busy household also includes two 100+-pound Rottweilers named Guppy and Apollo who are half-brother and sister, ages 3 and 4 respectively. Chris and Shannon proudly report their lineage dates back to their famous great-great-grandfather, Shaka, who was the first Rottweiler to win the Westminster Dog Show in 2006.
With all these little ones tracking in mud, dirt, not to mention slobber, Shannon and Chris need to get their carpets and couches cleaned every 3-4 months. Which leads us back to the business idea. When Chris found out a local carpet cleaner was thinking of selling his state-of-the-art van, it struck him that this would be the perfect business to invest their lives in—a clear-cut opportunity to make others happy.
